We Just Want To Start Our Family Think We Did It?

By admin Posted in: sex position

My fiance wanted to start trying to get pregnant. I know no one can tell me if im pregnan6t or not i just want some opinions and input please. Nothing rude. I would like to see what others think my chances are. Here are the facts:
-When we finally had the sex i did my research and checked a bunch of different ovulation calculators online and found that almost everyone predicted i ovulated yesterday which was when we had the sex. My cycle is exactly 28 days long almost to the hour so im pretty sure the predictor is very accurate.
-A few weeks ago he had a physical and his doctor told him he had a high sperm count.
-I have not been on birth control or anything
-After we had the sex (in missionary position) we just layed down for about 10 min.
-Im in my early 20’s
So based on these facts what do any of you who read this think my odds are? I hate waiting for 2 weeks. And also is there anything i could be doing right now to increase my chances?Like avoiding certain things or anything?

Sounds like you did everything right. You can actually have sex a day or two before you ovulate as well.
That being said, you might not be pregnant. Some people have no physical problems and do everything right, but it still takes them a few tries.
You might want to sign up at monthlyinfo.com It tracks your cycle for you and sends you reminders 2 days before you ovulate, 2 days before your period, and reminds you to do your monthly breast exam.

  2. Leora Says

there’s absolutely nothing that would point to you having a low probability of getting pregnant. if you have a normally shaped uterus and have no other possible defects that could make you barren, then your odds of being pregnant are pretty likely. congrats, you’re gonna be a mom.

  3. Forsaken Says

I think the best thing to do it keep trying for a baby and don’t worry too much about being exact with dates and cycles. Its obviously good to be wise about your body times, but be romantic too – the baby should be made from passion. Take tests fairly regularly and you’ll find out soon enough. If the doctor says he is very fertile and you are young, your chances are high so you should be fine. Best wishes!

  4. נєƒƒ’ѕ ωιƒє & єναη’ѕ мσм Says

They say that your odds are 25% each cycle.
If you’re not, consider getting married first. Do things right.

  5. Crystal Says

It doesn’t matter if your married or not and that has Absolutely nothing to do with your question. Anyway I am 21 with a 2 year old daughter, I am NOT married, any way’s my boyfriend and I have been together 4 years, yes he’s the father, and when I was 18 for about two or three weeks every time we would have sex he would ejaculate in me. Getting pregnant wasn’t exactly the plan we were just young and naive, anyway that’s all it took. Two month’s later we found out we were pregnant. It will happen naturally just enjoy the ride until it does (haha) don’t worry, you’ll have a baby =]

  6. Space Gazer Says

You only have a 15-25% chance each month of getting pregnant, even if you have sex in your fertile window which is 2-3 days a month.
