Lower Abdominal Pain And Discomfort?

Here are my current symptoms: lower abdominal pain on only my right side (it feels similar to period cramps but only on my right side), had a fever but is now seeming to go away, had diarrhea, feel tired. The pain is below my appendix, so it isn’t that.
I have had sex, but used a condom and am on the pill. He also “pulls out” as well. We have to use Magnum condoms, so he is well equipped. And we tried a new position, and during this he was able to go far inside of me. Well afterward, I was obviously sore. Do you think my muscles could just be sore? My cramps right now are as high up as his “member” was.
My period is due Tuesday, and have had my periods before this on time. Sometimes there is slight bleeding in-between periods.
What do you think this could be? Thank you in advance.
